  • -In less than one year we expect to be recognized by our sector clients.

  • -Be known as the new alternative of mobility in Bogota.

  • -Make that people talk in a good way about the new service that we are providing.

  • -Create loyalty and satisfied experiences in our customers.

  • -Help to our city decreasing the contamination and pollution.

  • -Increase fitness lifestyles in Bogota’s citizens.

  • -Realize propaganda inside the city so that people know us.

  • -Customer’s welfare is very important; Bicity will have trained personal that will teach in a fast and effective way the correct use of bicycles to every single client.

  • -Bicity will apply a money refund policy when the service doesn’t satisfy the customer’s needs.

  • -Bicity employees will have an excellent presentation and will act every minute with the best attitude towards the clients.

  • -All bicycles provided by Bicity will count with a security equipment, and they must be in perfect conditions so that it is secure to use them

 Job description and specialization

 

General manager:

  • Carry out managerial activities such as planning, organizing, staffing, motivating and controlling in the organization. 

  • He is in the top of our hierarchical levels.

  • In charge of taking the final decisions and communicate the information to the rest of the organization.

  • Also is the one in charge of solving doubts or problems presented with the costumers if the employee is not able to provide a solution.

  • He must control the employee and the counter

 

Employee:

  • In charge of  the parking lot including the rental service of bikes. 

  • In charge of the client service. 

  • Also in charge of the direct contact with the costumer, is in charge of providing the direct service to the client, give a good attention, receive the payments, collect and inform to the general manager the suggestions and complains given by the clients.

  • In charge of giving and recieving the bikes before and after being used, check if they are in the same conditions that they were given and ask to the client if the service was perfectly accomplished.

  • He must report to the general manager 

 

External Counter:

  • The account officer is in charge of all the financial area of the organization.

  • It must develop the accounts of the organization, collect and present the financial data of the company in the balance sheet. 

  • Determine our company liquidity, leverage, working capital, profitability, cash flow and asset utilization.

  • He must report to the general manager all the results obtained.

3. MOTIVATING

 

For Bicity human talent is a vital factor. In motivation it is the most important and strategic potential in our business.

We strongly believe that the integration of knowledge, group and individual talent are the strength of change.

We want that our employees feel part of the company and fight for it, work hard in order to improve every day and work together. For Bicity all members are a fundamental part of the company, is the most strengths in the organizational culture, which provide the best service for our clients in order they feel satisfied and want to come back.

 

We reward the best employee every month. Every employee has to achieve a monthly fee, the one that at the end of the month achieve it and passed it is going to be recognized with a picture in the wall and with a bonus for go to a restaurant or buy clothes (hundred thousand pesos)

At the end of the year the organization will organize a party for all the employee. This will include presents for every employee and for his/her sons.

In the birthday the employee will receive an invitation for lunch (2 hours) and a gift bonus.

We will have a special day in the year in which we give special snacks for all our employees.

5. CONTROLLING

In order to accomplish the control function in our strategy evaluation to ensure that actual results are consistent with planned results we established the procedure to follow:

 

  • -Establishing performance standards

  • -Measuring individual and organizational performance

  • -Comparing actual performance to planned performance standards

  • -Taking corrective actions

 

In this order, our performance standards are given by our strategies established in the planning function. Then, we will measure individual performance by monthly meetings with the general manager and organizational performance measured by external auditors. After this, the general manager is in charge of comparing the results obtained in the meetings and audits with the planned strategies and takes the actions needed to correct and improve what is wrong.
