According to Porter, strategies allow organizations to gain competitive advantage by adopting on of from three different generic strategies: cost leadership, differentiation, and focus.

 

 

Taking into account that Bicity's market is very small, we are now offering a focus generic strategy  and our main aim it is not the less cost, is the less cost/benefit rate for the customer Therefore, we are in the type 5 of porter's five generyc strategies, which means that is a best-value focus in order to offer our segment of customers the satisfaction of their needs in a better way than rivals can do.
