THE RESOURCE-BASED VIEW
According to some researchers, internal resources are more important for a firm than external factors in achieving and sustaining competitive advantage. Organizational performance will be determined by three categories: Physical resources, human resources and organizational resources.
PHYSICAL RESOURCES
To achieve our out-standing service we need some physical resources such as our beautiful and comfortable bikes, our security kit including chains and padlocks. We also need the physical office were we are going to offer our parking lots and our bikes rent service.
HUMAN RESOURCES
In human resources, we count with a general manager with management skills, and with two employees that have abilities in the use of bikes and in the threat with costumers.
ORGANIZATIONAL RESOURCES
In terms of organizational resources, we count with a established structure to make easier and clearer communication inside the organization, also with determined planning process and information systems to collect and achieve data needed to improve our service
